Apple’s new iPhone 14 gets a prospective launch date

Apple is planning to launch the iPhone on Sept. 7th and it is expected that they will release the latest version of the phone on this date.

New iPhones will be released soon and they will be followed by new Macs, iPads, and models of the Apple Watch this fall.

Apple is updating their flagship product at a difficult time for the industry. Smartphone sales have slowed in some markets

but Apple appears to be doing better than other companies in the same position - they sold well last quarter and have told suppliers that they don't foresee a dropoff in demand.

The company typically unveils other products alongside the iPhone, and is expected to announce updates on September 16th.

Apple’s stock has increased by almost 1%, going up $1.49 to $174.54 in New York trading.

Apple still has not confirmed the date of its upcoming product launch event, but given about three weeks to plan for the so far undisclosed event

Apple's plans could technically change. This will be their first release event after announcing iOS 16 in June, iPadOS 16, watchOS 9 and macOS Ventura

The standard iPhone 14 will likely resemble the iPhone 13 with its 5.4-inch screen

Apple is adding a model with a 6.7-inch display to this series which will have new software solely for this model as well.
